General Description and the characteristic of the line А1-ОЛО-1 of butter production by continuous churning with the capacity of 1000 kg / h
It is designed to produce butter by continuous churning, with the ability to produce low-fat butter with a moisture content of up to 35%. The plant can produce the following types of butter: Vologodskoye, salted, unsalted, lyubitelskoye, krestyanskoye, sandwich butter.
The process of butter production is fully automated (from cream supply to the finished product). All parts that are in contact with product are made of stainless steel. Plant is equipped with a device for water distribution, which allows you to maintain a certain percentage of moisture in the butter depending on the type of butter.
The presence of vacuum pump provides a high-quality butter free of air. Electric drive of the plant provides soft start of the stirrer and allows to adjust its speed (depending on the type of butter produced) from 50 to 2900 rpm
Plant is equipped with CIP-system, which allows to wash a plant after butter production.
