Bath for cottage cheese

Curd bath is designed for heating the normalized milk to a temperature of making yeast, fermenting the milk in the process of formation of curd clot, cooling curd clot. BathВТН -2.5 has a space between the walls, which is formed with  the inner casing and the outer casing. Space between the walls through the nozzle is filled with hot or cold water, respectively, for heating or cooling the product. Removal of water from the space between the walls is done through the spout. There is a vane valve for product discharge in the end wall of the bath.
