ASSIGNMENT
Presses of the type Е8-ОПГ, Е8-ОПД are assigned forpressing cheeses of all types (except Swiss cheese and elongated cylindrical form cheese) in order to compact the curd, to remove the whey and to form a surface layer.
Description
Presses consist of a base of a welded structure, vertical cylindrical pillars, which press stainless shelves, pneumatic cylinders. Forms with cheese mass are mounted on the shelves. Lifting and lowering of the pressing shelves are carried by the supply of the compressed air into the cavity of air actuators. Pressing pressure is controlled by turning the handle of the pressure regulator.
