Usage: to increase the ratio of solids by evaporation of water in the production of dry milk or condensed milk.
Evaporation provides a vacuum evaporator temperature decline and thus not harmful minerals products, and also provides a rapid evaporation and reduces energy consumption.

- The equipment supplied includes calendria 4 Quantity, Vapour separator 4 Quantity, Surface condenser 1 Quantity.
- The plant includes pumps for each effect and feed, Concentrate and condensate.
- The plant includes complete scope of supply of liquid + vapor ducting, piping, valves, hardware for the plant.
- The plant supply includes the automation which includes modulating control loop for feed flow, steam pressure control & Level control for each of the calendria. Apart from this RTD, Pressure gauges, Pressure switches are provided on the field.
The entire operation of the plant can be operated from one place, the control panel is a combination of MCC + ICP panel (Motor Control Centre + Instrument control Panel) which also accommodate all the PID , Temperature scanner , Alarm annunciator , ON-OFF push bottom for motor , mimic diagram. - Plant is supplied with sealing water close loop system for safeguard of double mechanical seal of the pump.
- The plant has unique design features and is assured for the desired performance. The entire equipment’s are designed & manufactured as per international pressure vessel design code. All the hardware components are undergone detailed engineering, which are proven for the product specification.

Exclusion:
- Plant civil work, foundation work is in client’s scope.
- Plant mechanical, electrical, insulation and cladding erection work is in client’s scope.
- The manpower required for this, tools, tackles, machine, crane required for this work is in client’s scope. (We will only depute our engineer for supervision of these activities).
- Plant earthing, cabling, cable tray, electrical is in scope of client.
- Fire hydrant, fire-fitting system is in clients scope.
- Steam boiler, Cooling towers & its pump, piping, Instrument air, main incoming power to control panel, CIP chemicals all these utilities are in clients scope.
- Loading, unloading & storage of equipment’s at site will be in client’s scope.
- Our engineers lodging , boarding, local conveyance , phone calls, Travelling to & from Pune to site , visa , insurance expenses are in clients scope.
- Fright , insurance , terminal handling Packing forwarding charges are in clients scope.
