Tubular pasteurizing plant is designed for quick pasteurisation of milk in the flow with milk, on Milk, butter and cheese-making enterprises. Setting device
The basis of the two-cylinder unit is a tubular heat exchanger .For preheating the milk is used two tubular regenerator. The milk is transported via a pump tank from the receiving unit.
At the ends of the cylinders welded tube sheets in which vvaltsovano pipes, they contain baffles in the form of annular grooves, which increases the heat exchange surface area compared with smooth pipes. To achieve the best condensate drain device is tilted by 10 with respect to ground. At the exit of the upper cylinder a tap that serves to return the milk tank to the receiving unit.
