Plate-shaped pasteurization-coolingplant is used in isolated thinlayered flow. It is used at dairies,cheese-making factories and other factories of milk industry.
It -is a 1-cell plant, consisting of a bed, the pressure plate and the heat exchanger plates. The base frame consists of the main bar, two horizontal bars with clamping mechanisms and support stand. The plates grooved, manufactured by stamping in cold way from a sheet of stainless steel.
